My Personal School Counseling Philosophy Reflection of My Philosophy of School Counseling As I reflect on my personal philosophy of school counseling, the first thing I realize is how it continues to expand as I gain knowledge throughout this program. However, there are some things that have remained constant, and one of those is the desire I have to help students reach their maximum potential.
